At ZAARVA, we take pride in delivering premium statement pieces crafted with attention to detail and luxury craftsmanship. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We only accept return requests within 2 days (48 hours) of the customer receiving the parcel.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • All original packaging and tags must be included

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The suit or blazer has been worn

  • The item is torn or damaged after delivery

  • The item has stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of use

  • The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery

Return Inspection

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. If the product does not meet our return conditions, the return will be declined and the item may be shipped back to the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
